Have been meaning to read this book ever since its release, but got side tracked due to some other great books! Dan Brown is the author who takes the credit for introducing historical fiction into my reading repertoire and making me fall in love with this genre. I have been a Dan Brown fan ever since I read “The Da Vinci Code“, but I should say I did not quite enjoy his “Digital fortress” and “Deception Point” compared to his other books! I finally sat down to read “Inferno” and get my quota of action, history, renaissance art / literature and Italy 🙂
As Langdon stared up at the horrific sight, he tried to imagine the effect of the mosaic on the youthful Dante, who had attended services at this church year after year, and seen Satan staring down at him each time he prayed. This morning however, Langdon had the uneasy feeling that the devil was staring directly at him.

Anyone can play along! Just do the following:
• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!) • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!
